Over 20 years of working experience and has extensive business and legal experience in structuring strategic acquisitions and investments including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments with particular emphasis on media, entertainment, telecommunications and technology industries. Kristen also sat on various boards of directors of media corporations and held senior management and legal roles in conglomerates and listed companies in Asia.
